the staff were accommodating. they easily booked taxis. the front desk team was very helpful. they arranged tours. for me, the restaurant personnel were also friendly. demetrius stood out. i liked that the hotel location was away from fira, so we relaxed. the service met every request.

The beds were super comfortable in the room. I loved the poolside bar. The receptionist was very helpful and answered all our questions, he helped us with arranging the transfer to the villages and the airport.

Breakfast only runs until 10:30. I felt rushed when they told me at 10:20 that I only had 10 minutes to get food. Prices in the hotel are too expensive. Six euros for a cappuccino feels like too much.
